Dear Ms Sharma
FIRST APPEAL UNDER RTI ACT
Please be informed that the CPIO of NAC has failed to provide me the information which I requested to be provided suo-moto to me under section 4 of RTI Act and even after you remanded the matter back to him. The email trail is enclosed for your reference.
As the Central Information Commission has clarified in its orders which I cited, such information is to be provided immediately and free of cost to the citizens.
I may also mention that it is very strange that the qualifications and mode / procedure of selection to be appointed as a Member or Chairperson of the NAC are not in public domain and are also not being disclosed to citizens who desire to be informed on the subject.
In these circumstances I must formally request a hearing opportunity to explain my appeal grounds, as I am very anxious to know how so many LWEs managed to get into the NAC to sell India's state secrets to the Chinese so cheaply.
With best wishes
